Intro Sessions

Our INTRO session is a 90 minute one-on-one training session with owner KC Stallsmith, where you learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. Intro sessions are by appointment only and are required before you can sign up for any other classes if you are new to CrossFit.

The purpose of this session is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. At the end of your session, we'll recommend the membership options and programs that would be best suited for you.
